Reserved fields on MediaAsset entities

Upon request of consulting the corresponding reserved fields are added on database tables MediaAsset, MediaAssetLang and MediaAssetDocument, and for the corresponding repository entity types MediaAssetType, MediaAssetLangType and MediaAssetDocumentType the following field types are predefined:
