View conversation logs

The Monitor page stores a log of all the conversations between a user and the AI agent's response. Use the log for legal or archival purposes or to help troubleshoot issues.
To access the conversation logs, perform the following steps:
  1. 1From the navigation menu, select Monitor.
  2. 2On the Monitor page, click Fetch Conversation Log for a session.
  3. The following image is an example of the prompt and response returned in the log:
    The image shows the prompt and response for an AI agent. The prompt says, "Find a pair of duplicate records in California." In the response, the agent asks for further details but also provides a summary table of some organizations that it found in California.
