Configuring native workflows

You can configure native workflows in Business 360 Console and use them in business events.
A native workflow includes a sequence of tasks to manage and approve records and relationship data. You can add a task to a workflow to orchestrate human intervention or steps that MDM SaaS performs. Each task in a workflow acts as a proof that the step has been triggered in the workflow.
To create a native workflow, perform the following steps:
  1. 1Create a workflow and define its properties.
  2. 2Design the workflow using the components in the workflow designer.
  3. 3Validate and publish the workflow.
