You can create a native workflow from scratch or from a predefined template.
When you create a workflow from a template, you can edit the predefined components and customize the workflow without any restrictions.
You can use one of the following templates:
•One-Step Approval. Consists of a user task connected to a decision gateway with two outcomes.
•Two-Step Approval. Consists of two sequential user tasks in separate swimlanes and their task outcomes.
•Four-Step Approval. Consists of four sequential user tasks in separate swimlanes and their task outcomes.
•Two-Step Approval with Requestor Review. Consists of two sequential user tasks in separate swimlanes. The first user task can be assigned to a reviewer, and the second user task routes the changes back to the workflow requestor.
