Monitoring purge history jobs

A purge history job purges all the historical data from business entity records, hierarchies, and relationships.
A purge history job includes the following steps, and you can view the data processing analytics for each step:

Data purge

The data purge step deletes all the historical data from business entity records, hierarchies, and relationships.
The following table lists the metrics that you can view for the data purge step:
Metric ID
Description
TenantId
Unique identifier of the organization that contains the assets to purge.
Environment
Name of the user environment.
User
Number of users in the organization in which you are about to purge data.
Business Entity Records Purged
Total number of business entity records purged.
Master Records
Number of master records of the business entity that were purged.
Source Records
Number of source records of the business entity that were purged.
History Records
Number of historical records of the business entity that were purged.
Relationship Records Purged
Total number of relationship records purged.
Master Records
Number of master records of the relationship that were purged.
Source Records
Number of source records of the relationship that were purged.
History Records
Number of historical records of the relationship that were purged.

Physical validation

The physical validation step validates whether MDM SaaS successfully re-creates data collections after purging data.
