Adding code values and crosswalks to the reference data assets

You can import the code values and crosswalks in to the reference data assets using Reference 360. Add the reference data values to the reference data assets.
    1To access the Administrator service, assign the Reference 360 Business Steward role to the user.
    1. aIn Administrator, click Users.
    2. bSelect the user name to assign the role.
    3. cIn the Assigned User Groups and Roles section, enable the Reference 360 Business Steward role.
    4. dClick Save.
    2To import data into Reference 360, upload the CSV file with code values.
    1. aIn Reference 360, from the Explore page, select the reference data to which you want to add the code values.
    2. bClick the Import Values icon.
    3. The Upload File page of the Import Values wizard appears.
    4. cTo select a file to upload, drag a CSV source file, or click Browse and select the source file.
    5. The first 10 rows of records appear in the preview section.

    6. dClick Next.
    7. The Map Fields page appears.
    3 After you select the file to import, the import process automatically maps the possible columns to the suitable target fields. You can either use the system suggested mapping or modify the mapping as required.
    1. aOn the Map Fields page of the Import Values wizard, verify the system suggested mapping of fields.
    2. bTo manually map any field, perform one of the following tasks:
    3. The import process maps the field accordingly.
    4. cVerify the mapping of all fields and ensure that all the required fields are mapped.
    5. dClick Next.
    6. The Preview and Import File page appears.
    4 After you map the fields, use the preview section to review and verify the mapping, and then import the data.
    1. aOn the Preview and Import File page of the Import Values wizard, verify the mapping.
    2. If the preview does not return desired results, you can go back to the Map Fields page to map the fields again.
    3. bTo import the file, click Import.
    4. The import process starts. You get a notification after the import process is complete.

    5Import the value mappings of a crosswalk.
    1. aIn Reference 360, click Explore, search and open the crosswalk.
    2. The following table lists crosswalks and their location:

    4. cClick the Import Values icon.
    5. The Upload File page of the Import Values wizard appears.
