Pre-built actions

The unmanaged Salesforce package includes pre-built actions that enable Agentforce AI agents to perform real-time, on-demand searches. These actions retrieve comprehensive and enriched customer and product profiles, household, and organizational relationship data from Customer 360 SaaS and Product 360 SaaS.
The package includes the following pre-built actions:
Identify Customer Records from Informatica Customer 360
Searches for records in Customer 360 SaaS using one or more input parameters, such as name, phone number, email address, unique identifier, or physical address. The response includes a list of matching customers.
Get Customer Profile from Informatica Customer 360
Retrieves additional details about a selected customer based on the business ID and business entity parameters. The response includes a detailed information of the customer record, such as name, company type, phone number, email address, date of incorporation, and other relevant details.
Get Customer Relationships from Informatica Customer 360
Retrieves household and organizational relationship data of a customer based on the business ID. The response contains a structured output with relationship types and related entity summaries.
Search Product Records from Informatica Product 360
Searches for records in Product 360 SaaS using one or more of the input parameters, such as product identifier, GTIN, description, or brand. The response includes a list of matching products.
Get Product Details from Informatica Product 360
Retrieves additional details about a selected product based on the business ID. The response includes detailed information of the product record, such as identifier, brand, sub brand, manufacturer, and other relevant details.
Get Product Relationships from Informatica Product 360
Retrieves a list of related products based on the business ID. The response contains a structured output of the relationship data of a product, such as relationship types, business IDs of related products, and other relevant details.
