Assigning tasks

You can assign unclaimed tasks to a user or user group. If a stakeholder claims a task, you can reassign the task to another user or user group.
    1In the task inbox, click the task that you want to assign to a user or user group.
    2From the task, click Assign.
    The following image shows the Assign button:The image shows the Human Task Inbox dashboard for managing tasks. It features charts categorizing tasks by priority, event type, and due date. The Tasks by Workflows section lists workflow names with task counts, while the main table displays task names, record names, sorting options, and a search bar and icons for filtering and layout adjustments.     3To assign the task to a user, select the user to whom you want to assign the task in the User tab in the Assign Task dialog box.
    4To assign the task to a user group, select the user group to which you want to assign the task in the User Group tab in the Assign Task dialog box.
    You can also assign the task to a user who's part of the user group from the user group tab.
    5Click Assign.
