You can view and act on the tasks assigned to you in the task inbox.
The task inbox includes an overview section, a list of review tasks assigned to you, and the details of the selected task.

In the overview section, you can view graphical representations of your assigned task metrics, categorized by priority level, event type, and due date. You can hide the section if required.
You can view individual tasks or tasks grouped by workflows. By default, tasks are grouped by workflows.
To view a list of all the tasks for a workflow, click the workflow. By default, the tasks associated with the first workflow on the Tasks by Workflows list are displayed.
You can perform the following actions on tasks:
•Claim, assign, or act on individual tasks or multiple tasks in bulk.
•Search for specific tasks.
•Sort tasks by workflow names or whether tasks are active.
•Adjust the view by choosing between list and card views.
•Sort tasks in ascending or descending order, based on priority, event type, asset type, due date, and created date.
•Filter tasks based on task owners, priority, created date, asset type, and event type.
•Adjust the columns displayed in the section. The Name column is always displayed. You can choose to view or hide the other columns.
To view details of individual tasks, click the tasks. The task details are displayed in a new workspace.
The following table describes the tabs that you can act on for a selected task:

Task Overview
Includes a task summary and record or hierarchy details. A task summary includes details such as the due date, priority, user name of the task assignee, initiator, and event type of a task. If the task is related to a record, record details appear, which include the name, entity type, and business ID of the record. If the task is related to a hierarchy, hierarchy details such as the hierarchy name appear.
Review
Includes a summary of the change that needs to be reviewed. The tab is named Review New Details for new records or hierarchies, Review Changes for edited records, and Review Deletion for deletions.
Workflow Status
Displays the workflow status for each task. It consists of a flowchart that helps you identify where your review fits in the workflow.
Comments
Displays the comments on each task. To collaborate with other stakeholders, view the comments on the task.
