As a stakeholder, if you think that a certified asset is no longer relevant, you can decertify the asset.
You can decertify technical data sets that are displayed from a catalog source.
1 Open the technical asset that you want to decertify.
2Click the Decertify Asset icon () option to decertify the technical asset.
3In the Decertify Asset dialog box, add your comments and select Decertify option to decertify the technical asset.
To recertify the technical asset, you need to certify the asset. For more information about certifying the technical asset, see Certifying an asset.
You can search for technical assets that are without certifications in the search box, and you can filter the corresponding search results to narrow down to an individual technical asset that is not certified.
You can view the certification comments in the Comments dialog box. For more information on comments, see Commenting on an asset.
