When you process inbound data from Salesforce to Customer 360 SaaS in real time, the records created or updated in Salesforce are upserted to Customer 360 SaaS instantaneously.
When you create or update a record in Salesforce, the Application Integration process triggers a workflow to upsert the record to Customer 360 SaaS.
