The Localization Languages code list is a predefined code list that defines the set of languages available in your organization to display reference data and also the default language that applies at the organization level.
You can view the Localization Languages code list in the Explore panel.
You can add your preferred languages to the Localization Languages code list based on the Best Current Practice (BCP) 47 language code, and edit the code list to add or delete language code values. When you add a language to this code list, the language becomes available to display the attributes of your reference data assets in that language.
The Localization Languages code list includes code values for each language identified by a BCP 47 language code. For example, if the Localization Languages code list contains the code fr-FR, you can choose to view the attributes in French. For more information about BCP 47 language code, see BCP 47 code format.
You can't add custom attributes, define rules, or configure crosswalks, dictionaries, stakeholders, or history for the code list in the Localization Languages code list.
