View Access Requests to Data Collections

You can view the list of all collections that are waiting for your approval or delivery.

You must have one of the following user profiles to perform this task:

•Data Marketplace Administrator
•Data owner of the data collection
•Technical owner of the data collection
•Default Technical Owner of the Data Marketplace

1. Launch Data Marketplace and go to the Tasks tab.

2. If you are a data owner, go to the Approve sub-tab to see the data collections that are waiting for your approval.

3. Click

button and select one of the following options:

- Approve. Approve the access to the data collection.
- Reject. Reject the access to the data collection.

4. If you are a technical owner, go to the Fulfill sub-tab to see the data collections that are waiting for your delivery. For more information, see Fulfill a Data Access Request.

5. If you are the Data Marketplace administrator or data owner, go to the Requests sub-tab to see the data collections that are waiting for your approval.
